To succeed in your mission, you must have single-minded devotion and commitment to your goal.

I have maintained a sporadic presence at Uniconsults for nearly 20 years. If I were to share my journey, it would require a book.

What I remember from my career is that I started as an Analyst Programmer under the guidance of PAPA Vincent, who has a constant source of motivation. A BIG THANK YOU to him.

Throughout my career, I have been managed by individuals both older and younger than me, and this has never been an obstacle. I have collaborated with numerous colleagues (a special thought to all those no longer with us). This diversity has greatly contributed to my personal growth.  

Client satisfaction is my guiding principle for succeeding in my mission, I consistently demonstrate single-minded devotion and commitment to all the clients across different sectors I currently work with, have worked with, and will work with in the future.

Small anecdote:
A pleasing remark from my superior, Lindley. He used to say: "Riaz... Ça fait 20 ans qu'on se connait et ça s'est toujours bien passé."
