Hi I'm Kevin Koman, Analyst Programmer for more than 3 years at Uniconsults.

My decision to join Uniconsults was difficult at first. After working on desktop software applications on one particular platform for almost 12 years in my previous employment, I was now moving to another platform that I had last used about 14 years ago. And given the number of applications the company had already developed, covering areas such as accounting, inventory management and payroll, to name a few, I knew I was in for a big challenge.

I still remember receiving crash courses in accounting and inventory management from the technical consultants, to whom I am very grateful. My knowledge in these areas improved significantly and contributed a lot to my professional growth. Later, I was encouraged to join the web application development team, another step up in my career.

Today, I am part of a well-structured team where we are motivated to explore, share and implement business rules using new web technologies to design business solutions that meet the diverse needs of over 1000 customers. A team with a great mix of experience, mentoring, and drive that lends itself to ongoing personal and professional development. We even have our own "John Papa" ... seki coner, coner :)
