My name is Cynthia Uppiah and I have been working as Sales executive for seven years now.

I still remember the first months at Uniconsults where I had to master two Sicorax solutions.  I would have never imagined that I would one day work in the IT sector! It was a real challenge with a lot of apprehension, especially when I saw my colleagues who seemed to me to be experts in IT and who used a language that I didn't know at all.

During the learning period, I was reassured by my colleagues who supported me and shared their know-how. I also learned a lot from my manager, who doesn't stop at "sales figures" but encourages the team to always improve with new challenges in order to satisfy our customers.

All these years at Uniconsults have allowed me to grow, to learn a lot about myself and professionally. Today I am proud to represent all the Sicorax products and I enjoy working in this sector which was so scary at the beginning.

But all this would not have been possible without the support of each and every member of Uniconsults’ team.
